Permitted use
Use the tools only for lawful purposes and files you have authority to process. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' information, bypass limits or disrupt the service. PLV may restrict access to protect users and infrastructure.
Check your result
Keep your own original. Review every output before relying on or distributing it. Compression can reduce visual quality. Redaction is irreversible in the generated copy and removes document interactivity. Automated suggestions may miss sensitive information. Passwords cannot be recovered by PLV. ZIP is not password protection.
Availability and limitations
The free service has file, page and capacity limits, may be interrupted and is not an archival service. There is no guaranteed compression percentage, redaction completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data protection
The Privacy notice explains the data flow and choices. A notice or acknowledgement does not waive PLV's applicable data protection duties or the rights of other individuals.
Internal desktop and server offering
PLV can discuss a similar internal installation on your own desktop or organisation's server. Contact PLV for details. Terms and conditions apply. Scope, fees, licensing, security responsibilities, maintenance, support and any service commitments require a separate written agreement. No price or service guarantee is implied by this website.
Brand and third parties
This is an independent PLV service, not affiliated with iLovePDF. PLV training links lead to separate course information and registration terms. Advertising, if activated later, does not imply endorsement of an advertiser.
